Position Overview:
Provides clerical support by answering telephones, scheduling and registering patients. Verifies insurance coverage, obtains patient demographics, ensures necessary authorizations are obtained prior to patient visits, and may troubleshoot billing problems.
Job Description:
EDUCATION
HS Diploma required or equivalent education/experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN
Experience in medical office setting and IDX system desired, preferred.
