Abrazo Scottsdale Campus (located at AZ-51 and Bell Road in Phoenix) is a 136-bed full-service acute care community-based hospital which has provided excellent comprehensive medical care to patients in the northeastern region of metro Phoenix for more than 30 years.Abrazo Scottsdale Campusprovides specialized services such as an accredited chest pain center, wound care and hyperbaric (high pressure) medicine, advanced orthopedics featuring navigational technology and sports medicine, expanded rehabilitation services, enhanced diagnostic imaging, and dedicated women's programs.
Coordinates functions and activities related to a single departmental function. Position is responsible for a clinic unit. Position coordinates the
scheduling efforts of the unit RN's. Acts as liaison person to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff,
hospital administration). Responsible for developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements. Trains and mentors
Special Skills:Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively implement change and assist with the management of
departmental budget. Must be able to independently make decisions in high-stress situations.
Minimum Qualifications: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.Two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications: BSN.Management experience with two years supervisory. Certification in specialty area of practice preferred..
ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D: ACLS required upon orientation completion.
