The Admissions Coordinator- RN or LPN is directly responsible for completing the nursing admission process to include assessment, care plan and education and customer service focus for patients and families upon arriving at facility. The Admission Nurse is responsible for evaluating and prioritizing the admissions based on patient need and the needs of the unit/facility.
